Follow the below instructions to verify your system is compatible for use with Securexam Remote Proctor:
Click the "Run System Check" button located below. It will first confirm that you have the required .Net 3.5 SP1 installed and update your computer if needed. After the dialog box appears, click the "Run" button. Once the application launches, click the "Start Scan" button.
Wait for the process to complete. If the results are "Successful" then your computer is compatible. You must click the "Results" button to find out which Remove Proctor version you need to order.
If you computer fails any of the Minimum Requirements and the issue cannot be corrected, you computer is not compatible and cannot be used.
If needed, use the copy button to copy the information to the clipboard. It can then be pasted into an application like word or notepad.
Click the “Run Java Check” to determine if your computer has the latest version of Java installed. |
